The lady promptly called me to me that some flowers as advertised were out of season and if it was OK to replace them for some others in season.     I was disappointed that the birthday balloon was already deflating and that the flowers ordered were not available. Our daughter was okay with the flower substitutes but a deflated balloon for her birthday? Very disappointing.

    Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered an arrangement online for a new baby boy. The shop called me the next day to let me know they did not have exactly what was pictured online. They didn’t quite hit the mark of my expectations. However, when I contacted the owner (Angela), she went out of her way to “make it right”. She sent the new mom and dad two very nice gifts for the baby.
